Biography

Justice Nasira Iqbal is a pioneering Pakistani judge and human rights advocate who became one of the first women to serve as a judge on the Lahore High Court. She has been a vocal champion of women's rights, constitutional liberties, and access to justice throughout her distinguished career. Her Sitara-e-Imtiaz in 2019 recognised her outstanding contributions to Pakistan's judiciary and human rights advocacy.
